Moving in Allschwil
One of the larger municipalities in Baselland, with correspondingly varied housing.
Allschwil ranges from the old village core to larger residential developments. In the village core the streets are partly narrow and space to stop outside the building is scarce, while in the newer neighbourhoods access is usually straightforward. Both affect how long a move takes.
We move both flats and whole houses here. With houses, clearing the cellar and attic often comes on top of the move itself. That can be handled in the same appointment if we know in advance and plan the vehicle accordingly.
For a quote we need both addresses, the floors, the number of rooms and a few photos.
What we watch for in Allschwil
- Narrow streets in the village core: clarify the stopping point beforehand
- With houses, include the cellar and attic in the planning
- Move and clearance in one appointment saves a second journey
